What Career Type Are You? Who are the best employers for your type?

Want some scoop on best employers and whether they are a good match for the kind of career profile you have? Check out “top 100” employer rankings and a 7 category career profile description by Universum, a global leader in employer branding strategy and communication.

Figure out which of the 7 career profiles you are: The Entrepreneur, The Harmonizer, The Internationalist, The Hunter, The Leader, The Careerist, or The Idealist. Then check out the list of top 100 employers broken down into Humanities, Business, Natural Sciences, Computer Science and Engineering.

Click on the company name and see the graphic for career profile distribution and gender distribution. For example, are you considering a job at Kaiser Permanente? Ranked 17 according to the “Most Attractive Employers Ranking for Natural Sciences.” The kind of people who want to work at Kaiser are 35% The Idealists, and 36% The Harmonizer. The gender distribution is 16% male and 83% female. Still want to work there?

Nestle on the other hand is ranked 68 and the career profile distribution is more even -the outliers are The Harmonizer at 25% and The Entrepreneur at 1%. Gender distribution is a surprising 14% male and 85% female. How does that suit you?
